I declare that pursuant to the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (the harmonised text in the Journal of Laws from 2014, Item 1182), I give consent to processing my personal data by Speed Day Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Karpia 22c/16, and Automobilklub Wielkopolski with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Towarowa 35/37 for the purpose of organising and holding the motorbike competition. Pursuant to the Act on e-services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, Item 204), I give consent to receiving offers and commercial information from Speed Day Sp. z o.o. to my e-mail address provided as well as information related to motorbike trainings. I have the right to withdraw my consent.

I declare that I am familiar with the Regulations of TOR Poznań, Regulations of the Organizers, Speed Day and Automobilklub Wielkopolski, and the Online Sales Regulations of Speed Day. I undertake to follow all such rules and regulations without any exceptions as well as the regulations of contests and the instructions and decisions of the Organisers. I confirm any and all declarations given herein with my handwritten signature.

I declare that I am aware of the risks and hazards that may result from motorbike training. I declare that I am fit for participating in motorbike trainings organised by Speed Day Sp. z o.o. and Automobilklub Wielkopolski, and in particular that there are no health contraindications against my participation in the trainings. I accept full liability due to my participation and I waive any claims against the organisers thereunder.

I give my consent to providing complete medical information due to an accident or injury, if any, from the Medical Centre situated at the facility of Tor Poznań to the Organizers, the Speed Day company and the Automobilklub Wielkopolski association. Such information shall be used by the Organisers exclusively and only for the efficient performance of the event.

I declare that I have been informed of being insured by the Organisers, the Speed Day company and the Automobilklub Wielkopolski association, against accidents with the PZU insurance company and I am familiar with the General Insurance Terms and Conditions.

I give consent to processing my personal data related to the organization of the event and to publishing photos and results on websites of the Organisers. I acknowledge that I have the right to access my personal data and revise the same as well as the right to demand the discontinuation of processing my personal data. I acknowledge that the demand to discontinue processing my personal data implies my resignation from participating in the event.

I understand and accept the fact that if I decide to make a payment with a transfer shortly before a training or a payment in the event office, I face a risk that my place may be taken by another participant who has made the payment before (with a transfer or being in the line before me in the event office).

The Organisers are aware that many people want to wait with a payment for a training until weather conditions are confirmed. Unfortunately, the number of available tracks is limited, and many potential participants do not make a payment or do not come to a training after an initial registration; therefore, it is not possible to determine exactly before the training how many participants will attend. Consequently, only a paid and confirmed registration guarantees the participation in the training.
